Nick grew up in Northern Colorado, spending time on construction sites with his father, a contractor and small business owner. A seasoned real estate attorney and entrepreneur, he has guided clients through transactions, zoning, and entitlement challenges across the Front Range. That expertise led him to found Bear Peak Development, delivering turnkey solutions for business owners. An Eagle Scout and former Army Captain, Nick brings integrity, discipline, and a steady, results-driven approach to every project.

His work spans industrial campuses, multifamily, hospitality, and retail developments, with a focus on delivering projects that stand the test of time. A Denver native and avid outdoorsman, Jeff combines market expertise with a long-view perspective that strengthens both communities and client outcomes.
