As a seasoned real estate attorney and entrepreneur, Nick brings a unique perspective to the development community. He has guided countless clients through real estate transactions, zoning, and entitlement challenges with precision and efficiency. This expertise inspired him to found Bear Peak Development, delivering turnkey development solutions for business owners, and Nookhaus, helping Denver homeowners maximize their lot value through accessory dwelling units (ADUs).
