Jeff has more than 15 years of experience leading over $750 million in commercial real estate projects across the Denver metro area and beyond. His work spans industrial campuses, multifamily, hospitality, and retail developments, with a focus on delivering projects that stand the test of time. A Denver native and avid outdoorsman, Jeff combines market expertise with a long-view perspective that strengthens both communities and client outcomes.

Dustin brings decades of hands-on construction experience as owner of Baker Builders, where he has led the delivery of large-scale, high-stakes projects across the Front Range. Known for his precision in the field and dedication to quality, he ensures every project meets the highest standards.
